Returns

Due to the nature of jewelry, we do not offer refunds unless:
• The item received is damaged or defective
• An incorrect item was delivered

Any such concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos/videos.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered under the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• Exchange availability depends on stock

Custom or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes
• Items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side
